New Hire Requirements

All perspective employees are required to complete an electrical exam, all results are confidential.  This test will be reviewed by Blue Arc Electric management for the position you are currently applying for.  The intended purpose of this test is to better understand your knowledge & experience as a commercial electrician and does not reflect your chances of becoming a potential Blue Arc Electric employee.  

All Blue Arc Electric new hires will be required to take the above mentioned exam, either have a California State General Journeyman License or start a Blue Arc Electric approved apprenticeship program, and agree to the terms of our company policies and procedures.
